Here we are mid-November. Time for an update....
This month we were able to go to a couple more ISU football games. We met Sarah's mom and dad on the way down and watched the Cyclones beat Kansas State. The following weekend found us driving to Ames in the middle of a tornado warning, about 10 minutes ahead of the storm. It was a good omen, as ISU beat Colorado that night.
Otherwise, we've been busy with our normal activities: bellydance (Sarah), gymnastics (Zachary), church commitments and of course work. Zachary is currently at Grandma Cynthia and Grandpa Mark's house for the week (Sarah's parents), so we are going on mini-dates and enjoying a few days of childlessness for perhaps the last time in a while. We'll join them and the rest of the family in Iowa for Thanksgiving.
The last day of November is a big day at our house. Ryan turns 30 and Zachary turns 4! So if you read this and remember, give us a call and wish them a great big Happy Birthday!
